Welcome to the Out West Jr. Bull Riders. The OWJBR was established in 2005 for the youth of the Western Oklahoma and Texas Panhandle area. Our association is one with an emphasis on growing the sport of bull riding, building character and offering a positive outlet for young cowboys and cowgirls to compete. We offer a family atmosphere and the only Western Oklahoma co-ed bull riding association. The OWJBR events include Mutton Bustin, Calf Riding, Jr. & Sr. Steer Riding, as well as Jr. & Sr. Bull Riding.
